Paul has published numerous technical articles and holds several patents relating to plasma processing.
He graduated from Bath University in 1987 with a B.Sc in Physics.

Miri has over 20 years of experience with engineering processing, technologies, and R&D management in fabrication and tool installation. She received her MSc and BSc in Material Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Israel.
