Our patents are spread throughout the entire chip manufacturing process and involve overcoming significant scientific and engineering challenges, inventing new process flows and novel materials to improve chip design.

Industry-friendly process

We’ve harnessed the power of Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), a technology typically used to deposit thin layers within semiconductors, to innovate on-chip graphene production leveraging existing fabrication facilities (FAB) equipment.

Our patented precursors, essentially building blocks of carbon atoms optimized for ALD, replace the traditional precursors. This allows us to precisely control the graphene growth process, tailoring it to meet the specific requirements and standards of semiconductor manufacturing.

Shmuel (Mooly) Eden

a leading figure in Israeli technology, having served as Senior Vice President at Intel Corporation and President of Intel Israel. His extensive career at Intel involved leading the development of groundbreaking microprocessors like the Intel Pentium® and Centrino®, which revolutionized the mobile industry.
Later, he led Intel’s Notebook and Desktop Group to achieve $32 billion in revenue. Eden’s accomplishments have earned him recognition as one of the world’s most creative people and a top technological mind.

Paul Rich

A semiconductor industry expert with over 35 years of experience in product development and engineering, and formerly – Vice President for Technology and Engineering at SPTS Technologies (part of KLA group). Paul has published numerous technical articles and holds several patents relating to plasma processing.
He graduated from Bath University in 1987 with a B.Sc in Physics.

Miri Kish Dagan

Winner of the Pioneering Women Award for groundbreaking achievements in the high-tech sector given to her by the Israeli Hi-Tech Association and the Manufacturers Association of Israel, Miri is an expert in materials engineering and R&D management with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having previously served as VP R&D and CTO of Raicol Crystals and Suron. Miri has over 20 years of experience with engineering processing, technologies, and R&D management in fabrication and tool installation. She received her MSc and BSc in Material Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Israel.
